Your first visit is designed to be welcoming, unhurried, and productive. You’ll leave with answers, a clear plan, and frequently, your first adjustment completed the same day.

What to Expect on Your First Visit

Plan for about 45 minutes with the doctor. If you haven’t already completed paperwork online, allow a few extra minutes for that. During your appointment, we’ll review your health history in detail, perform a thorough examination, and discuss how we believe we can help.

You’ll receive a personalized care plan outlining recommended services, expected timeline, and any additional options, such as massage therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, or kinesio taping, that may help you achieve your goals. In most cases, your first chiropractic adjustment will be provided before you leave, so your healing can begin right away.

If any concerns arise that call for further evaluation, such as the need for X-rays or specialized imaging, we’ll talk through those next steps with you. Your safety and comfort are always our top priorities.

Flexible Scheduling and Insurance Options

Getting started is easier than you might expect. We welcome most new patients with same-week appointments, and same-day visits are often available. Our Kaukauna office is conveniently located on the corner of HWY CE and HWY 55, near Kaukauna High School and Piggly Wiggly, and is surrounded by great places to shop and eat. We also offer evening hours to fit your busy schedule. We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, Network Health, BCBS, and UnitedHealthcare among many others, verifying your benefits before your first visit.
